Exchange and Replacement Policy

1. Please use the pre-paid return label included in your shipment to return your shoes.

2. Keglerzonline will immediately send out your replacement shoe.

3. Please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT accept returned shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE EXCHANGED.

4. All exchanges must include the original manufacturer's packaging as well as protective packaging. See image below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. We want you to have shoes that fit, so if your second pair of shoes does not fit please call us at (205) 563-2185 or email at info@keglerzonline.com to arrange for your exchange.
